Shipping

Every order ships from our Berlin atelier, fully insured and tracked. Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1–3 business days; within the European Union, 3–5 business days. We also ship to fourteen countries outside the EU — there, customs duties and import charges are borne by the recipient and are not included in the price or the shipping cost.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise this right, notify us at noun@nounperspective.com within 14 days of delivery, and return the piece unworn, with all tags attached, in its original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned piece reaching the atelier.
